Terms and Conditions
Delivery
All prices are exclusive of delivery. We offer two delivery options within the UK.
Standard delivery is £4.50 and your goods should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Delivery is free of charge on orders at and above £50.00.
UK Express delivery is £8.00 and guarantees next working day delivery for orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
For European & international delivery (including Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands) please contact us on 07804 612156 and one of our team will be pleased to quote a price. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery of goods.
For orders placed by cheque, please allow 5 days for cheque clearance before goods can be dispatched.
For artwork and personalised gifts please allow 10-14 days for delivery
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in their original packaging, within 7 days for a refund or exchange. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance are direct costs and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels – please obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.
You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped.
These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.
We cannot refund personalised gifts. Our personalised gifts are made by specialist artists, and once we have placed an order with them, we cannot cancel it due to the personalised message. We recommend that customers place orders on-line and that they check the message to be included on the personalised gift very carefully for mistakes. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information given by the customer. We recommend that customers do not place orders for personal products by phone as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that occur in the details given or taken by us. If mistakes do occur when orders are placed in this method, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
We recommend that you return the goods to us recorded delivery as we will not be able to refund on lost items.
